Jose Alfonso Triana Guzman
Alfonso has built his 11 years of career as a software engineer for some of the world’s most recognized organizations as Microsoft and had the opportunity to work in companies from different industries like banking, services, and public safety, which deliverables have reached clients all over the world, the state of Georgia in USA, and different banks and severance funds companies in Central America and Colombia.
His professional background encompasses custom software development, automation, data systems and enterprise-scale engineering platforms. He possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on architecting and delivering efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions grounded in sound technical principles. His expertise extends to developing applications from inception, enhancing and supporting existing systems, and rapidly embracing new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. He has experience working within complex technical environments where reliability, security, and precision are critical, consistently delivering individual and collaborative objectives while managing team-based, on-site, and remote work settings.
I started Potenlat Technologies to give small businesses and founders the kind of careful, senior-level engineering usually reserved for large companies, without agency overhead.

How do I know the project is on track?
You see a working prototype before committing to a full build, get a demo every two weeks, and pay in milestones, so you never pay far ahead of delivered work.
How do you price projects?
After a free consultation, you get a written proposal with a fixed price per milestone. If scope changes, we agree on the change in writing before any extra work.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code, designs and accounts are transferred to you, and the code lives in your own repository from the start.
Is my project too small?
Probably not. We take on small MVPs, single features and fixes to existing apps, as well as larger builds.
What happens after launch?
You get handover documentation and can choose an optional monthly support plan for updates, fixes and new features.
